Versione di prototipo. Questo testo descrive il comportamento reale del prototipo ed è scritto in modo semplice; prima del lancio pubblico va rivisto da un consulente legale/privacy.

1. Chi è il titolare

2. Che dati trattiamo (in questo prototipo: nessuno sui nostri server)

Non c'è nessun account e nessun server che riceve ciò che scrivi. Le scelte che inserisci, le linee che crei, i segni che noti e le impostazioni restano solo sul tuo dispositivo (archiviazione locale del browser). Noi non possiamo leggerle.

• Non usiamo strumenti di analisi, pubblicità o profilazione.
• Non vendiamo né cediamo dati a terzi.
• I contenuti scritti vengono elaborati dal motore delle porte sul tuo dispositivo.

3. Rete di risonanza (non ancora attiva)

In futuro potrà esistere una funzione facoltativa che mostra tendenze aggregate e anonime di persone con bivii simili. Sarà solo su tua scelta (opt-in), per singolo bivio, revocabile in ogni momento. Principi già decisi:

• nessun testo libero lascia il dispositivo: solo tipo di bivio, tipo di porta e settimana;
• nessun account, nessun identificativo persistente, nessun indirizzo IP conservato;
• un dato è visibile solo se almeno 50 persone hanno un bivio simile (k-anonimato), con rumore statistico;
• mai nomi, contatti, chat o profili.

Prima dell'attivazione questa informativa sarà aggiornata e ti chiederemo un consenso esplicito.

4. Base giuridica e conservazione

Poiché non raccogliamo i tuoi dati, non c'è trattamento da parte nostra. I dati locali restano sul dispositivo finché non li cancelli (Impostazioni → Cancella tutto) o non svuoti i dati del sito dal browser.

5. I tuoi diritti

Dalle Impostazioni puoi in ogni momento esportare (JSON) e cancellare tutti i dati salvati. Per richieste di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità (artt. 15–22 GDPR) scrivi a info@pigiservice.com. Hai diritto di reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

6. Minori

L'app può essere usata da persone di ogni età. Per qualsiasi funzione futura che comporti trattamento di dati, i minori di 14 anni avranno bisogno del consenso di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale.

7. Sicurezza e momenti difficili

Se in qualsiasi momento scrivi frasi che fanno pensare a un momento di grande sofferenza, l'app non genera porte ma mostra numeri di aiuto (112; Telefono Amico Italia 02 2327 2327). Questo controllo avviene sul dispositivo: il testo non viene inviato a nessuno.

Se questa informativa cambia, la nuova versione sarà pubblicata qui con la data di aggiornamento.

Prototype version. This text describes what the prototype really does, in plain words; before any public launch it must be reviewed by a legal/privacy adviser. The Italian text is the reference version.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process (in this prototype: none on our servers)

There is no account and no server that receives what you write. The choices you enter, the lines you create, the signs you note and your settings stay only on your device (the browser's local storage). We cannot read them.

• We use no analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
• We do not sell or pass data to third parties.
• What you write is processed by the doors engine on your device.

3. Resonance network (not yet active)

In the future an optional feature may show aggregated, anonymous trends from people with similar forks. It will be opt-in only, per fork, and revocable at any time. Principles already decided:

• no free text leaves the device: only the type of fork, the type of door and the week;
• no account, no persistent identifier, no IP address stored;
• a figure is shown only if at least 50 people have a similar fork (k-anonymity), with statistical noise;
• never names, contacts, chats or profiles.

Before activation this notice will be updated and we will ask for your explicit consent. The «Resonances» shown in the prototype are a declared simulation, not real people.

4. Legal basis and retention

Since we do not collect your data, there is no processing by us. Local data stays on the device until you delete it (Settings → Delete everything) or clear the site data in your browser.

5. Your rights

From Settings you can at any time export (JSON) and delete all saved data. For requests of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR arts. 15–22) write to info@pigiservice.com. You have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or to your local authority.

6. Minors

The app can be used by people of any age. For any future feature involving data processing, children under 14 will need the consent of the holder of parental responsibility.

7. Safety and difficult moments

If at any time you write sentences that suggest a moment of great distress, the app does not generate doors but shows help numbers (112; Telefono Amico Italia 02 2327 2327; findahelpline.com outside Italy). This check runs on the device: the text is not sent to anyone.

If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with the update date.
